31 players teed off on a warmish morning with overcast skies and no rain forecast. The temperature was forecast to reach the mid 30 degrees by lunch time.

Bunkers were IN PLAY with fresh soft sand added in recent weeks. 

There was a 300mm preferred lie on the fairways only.

The greens were in very good condition.

18 players teed off on a sunny and fine morning with a light wind with a forecast of high temperatures and no rain later in the day.

The fairways were mainly lush and green with the greens firm and fast for putting.

 31 players teed off on an overcast morning with light rain and no wind. 

The fairways had a very good grass cover and they had been well mowed producing a reasonable amount of 'run'. The rough was a good length and generally in good condition. 6 inch preferred lie on fairways.

The greens were in good condition helping good putters to sink their putts.

Bunkers were IN PLAY.

The fairways were generally in good condition with a thick covering of grass but still patchy on some fairways.

The Greens had a good cover of grass although they too were affected by a bit of mold making them patchy but not neat the flagstick.

28 players teed off on a warm morning with dark cloud cover that threatened to bring rain but which never really eventuated. Thunder storms are forecast later in the day.

All bunkers were in play.

The fairways were in very good condition.

The greens were well covered with grass that had been cut on Wednesday so putts needed to be firm to get to the hole.
