26 players teed off on a very warm dry morning with clear skies and a forecast of fine weather all day.

The grass cover in the 'rough' off the fairways was a very thick causing players a bit of difficulty striking the green from the rough. 

There was a 300mm preferred lie on fairways which were in need of a mow is parts.

The greens had a thick grass cover making putting difficult.

The Bunkers were IN PLAY.

 31 players teed off on a warmish morning with overcast skies and no rain forecast. The temperature was forecast to reach 30 degrees by lunch time.

Bunkers were GUR. 

There was a 300mm preferred lie on the fairways only.

The greens were in very good condition.

The Guzzlers Cup was won by Grant Thompson

32 players teed off on a warm morning with clear skies and a slight breeze. The weather forecast was for temperatures in excess of 40 degrees by mid to late morning and the forecast was 100% correct. The players in the last group only just managed to finish their round due to fatigue from the heat and dehydration.

The fairways were generally in good condition with a thick covering of grass but still patchy on some fairways.

The Greens had a good thick cover of grass that made putting all the more difficult to gauge the best speed due to the moisture from rain and dew overnight.
