26 players teed off on a cool morning wit clear skies and little breeze early. The wind freshened during the morning ensuring that we kept our windbreakers on until almost the end of the game.
Parts of the course were very spongy and a few golf balls plugged never to be seen again. Our golf shoes were very wet at the end of 18 holes as were our socks.
The greens were in good condition and were fast making it a bit difficult for putting.
