Dark clouds and a light drizzle threatened early but did not in any way dampen the enthusiasm of those who turned up to play golf. The fairways were in very good conditions and the green in general were good but un-repaired pitch marks did hamper putting for some unfortunate players.
The Guzzlers Cup was won by Rodney Dixon (39) on a count back from Jeff Saunders and Rob Guidi (38). The The Pink Ball was awarded to Fred El-Daher (22).
The member’s card draw, a bottle of wine was won by Steve Messervy.
