29 players teed off on a day that threatened to be a scorcher like the previous day.

Many players admitted that if it had not been overcast at 6am and the temperature tolerable they would not have hit off. Other questioned the sanity of continuing after 9 holes as the day warmed to a very hot and humid 45 degrees on the course,

AGM will be held 7pm on on Tuesday 21 February2017 at the Karella Golf & Social Club

Positions on the Committee of the Miranda Golf Club will be open for nominations as the current committee members will stand down on the night.

It is your opportunity to contribute to the direction of the club by helping to direct/guide decisions made by the Committee on the way the Miranda Golf Club is operated and managed. Your nominations can be registered by completing a form that is available at the course in the weeks leading up to the AGM.
