28 players teed off on a warm dry morning n overcast morning on a day in Sydney.for which he temperature was forecast to reach into mid to high 30s.

The winners of the Team event were as follows:
1st Place:   Garry Daniels & Mick Connor with 64 strokes (NETT) and a score of 51 after handicap deducted. 

2nd Place:  Frank Fuller & John Adelerhof also with 67 NETT and 58.75 after handicap was deducted.

3rd Place:   Steve Carr & Peter Bull also with 67 NETT and 58.75 after handicap was deducted.

Last place:  Rob Gillespie & Moz Huertas. They were awarded a PINK BALL each.
