27 players teed off on a warmish clear morning with light wind making it an enjoyable day for golf.
The fairways had a very good grass cover and they had been well mowed producing a reasonable amount of 'run' although there were some areas that were marked as GUR. The rough was a good length and generally in good condition. 6 inch preferred lie on fairways.
The greens were in good condition helping good putters to sink their putts.
Bunkers had water lying in them so were all OUT OF PLAY.
The Guzzlers Cup was awarded to Darren Welsh.
