26 players teed off on an overcast morning with light drizzle and no wind. By mid morning the sky cleared and the sun came out creating a warm morning for golf.
The fairways had a very good grass cover and they had been well mowed producing a reasonable amount of 'run'. The rough was a good length and generally in good condition. 6 inch preferred lie on fairways.
The greens were in good condition helping good putters to sink their putts.
Most bunkers were IN PLAY.
The Guzzlers Cup was awarded to Matt Carlton.
