PAIRS CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND 1 rescheduled to next week as motorised carts were not allowed on the course due to recent heavy rain making the ground too soft to support the carts without damaging the course.
19 players teed off on a cool 10 degree morning with clear skies - a good day for golf.
All bunkers were OUT OF PLAY.
The fairways were in very good condition although a little damp in parts as a result of recent rain..
The greens were well covered so putts needed to be firm to get to the hole.
