22 June 2019 - Calderwood Valler Golf Course - Hackers Challenge - 7:00am

The Challenge was played off the Blue tees and the competition was a Matchplay teams event where 2 players from the Hackers were matched against 2 players from the Miranda Golf Club. The team (2 players) that had the best 2 Ball Best Ball Stableford score for a hole 'won that hole'. After 18 holes the team (2) that had won the most holes won the day for that group of 4 players.

We played off the Blue tees. 

There were 11 groups of 4 competing in The Hackers Challenge and Miranda won 6 & 5 against the Engadine Hackers. The games were played in good spirits and were hotly contested. As can be seen from the result it was once again a very even competition.

A great day was had by all despite the cold start. It took at least 7 holes for the players to start shedding their jumpers or wind breakers but some came back on again after we finished. It was quite warm in the sun after the game but very cool in the shade.

For Miranda 30 players teed off. Miranda supplied the food and drinks.
