20 players teed off on a fine clear morning with no sign of rain or wind. The weather forecast was for 22-23 degrees and it was all of that with warm conditions requiring plenty of water to keep hydrated. The rain started to arrive after the presentation so we were very lucky.

The fairways were mainly lush and green with the greens firm.

The Guzzlers Cup was won by Steve O'Toole.

20 players teed off on a cool drizzly morning with grey skies and no prospect of sun.

The grass cover on the greens and fairways was a bit long and fluffy. That combined with the dampness from the rain made putting difficult.

 24 players teed off on a morning that was coolish at 5:30am but warmed up pretty quickly. No wind and no rain.

The fairways were dry with a thick covering of grass.

The Greens were in very good condition which was probably due to the preparation of the course for the golf club's recent Club Championship - thick mat that was good for putting as putts ran true as long as you could get the ball to the hole.

11/11/2023 - Calderwood Valley Golf Course - 2BBB Competition - Individual Stableford - 7:00am

25 players teed off on a warm morning on a day that was forecast to reach 26 degrees with no wind or rain. On the way down to the coursed there was a lot of low lying fig but there was none of that on the course.

The weather was nice for golf.

The fairways had a very good grass cover and they had been well mowed producing a reasonable amount of 'run' and the rough was in good condition.

The greens were also in excellent condition and fast for our putting.

The Guzzlers Cup was won by Luke Keuenhoff with 46 points
