It was 22 degrees at 4:45am when I left home and
when we readied ourselves to tee off the flies were everywhere but after we
teed off the light breeze seemed to get rid of the flies. After 9 holes the
strong winds that had been forecast arrived and made the golf challenging for
some of the 29 players that had started the round. The course was in very good
condition.
