23 players teed off on a day for which the forecast was for heavy showers.
We teed off in light rain and really only had to use our umbrellas on 3-4 holes.
The course was wet underfoot and was littered with puddles on the fairways but the greens were dry and lush - perfect putting conditions. We played tee up through the green and the bunkers were out of play as they were mainly full of water.
The Guzzlers Cup was won by Chris Lee who clearly revelled in the conditions
