27 players teed off on a cool start to a day that threatened to rain throughout the morning.

The course was in very good condition despite the lack of recent rain,. The greens were in fantastic condition and lightning fast. They had a blue tinge to them like blue-grass couch.

The Guzzlers Cup was won by Garry Daniels.
