31 players teed off on a humid but overcast day which produced perfect conditions for golf. By the half way mark though the sun had burned off the cloud cover and it started to warm up

Clearly Ryan Holt likes The Ridge and it suits his playing ability as he has won twice in successive visits to The Ridge Golf Course.

Peter Bull and Steve Buchanan were in the second group and finished with 43 and 45 respectively so Bully though that he was in contention for a prize but that was not to be. Steve won $60 in the skins game with Bully, Tim Tillbrook and Frank Fuller yet only just managed second place for the day's event which is also means that he coincidentally has come second in consecutive games at The Ridge.
