26 players teed off on a warm and sunny morning.
The course was pretty wet underfoot. The greens were moist and held the ball for approach shots. As a result putting on the greens was slow.
The fairways were slushy and kicked up a lot of water when the buggy wheels. Carts were not permitted on the course to avoid damage to the fairways.
