32 players teed off on a warm morning on a day that was forecast to reach the high 20 degrees with no wind or rain. The weather was nice for golf early but warmed up late in the round.
The fairways had a very good grass cover and they had been well mowed producing a reasonable amount of 'run' and the rough was in good condition.
The greens were also in excellent condition and fast for our putting.
