An early start heralded
what would be a perfect day for golf. Within 30 minutes of tee off the dark clouds, that threatened our
game, disappeared to reveal beautiful blue skies and plenty of
sunshine.
There were no Guzzlers
Cup and Pink Ball competitions as it was a 4-Ball Ambrose event which
was won by the team of: Fred Jeanes, Darren Fuller, Denis Daniels & Grant
Thompson. The team that was is second place comprised Danny Yu, Steve
Vormister, Matt Whibley & Sam Yu.
Players welcomed a
possible new member, Daniel Cundari.
The member’s card draw, a
bottle of wine, was won by Steve Vormister.
