23 players teed off on a temperate dry morning. The greens and fairways were in beautiful condition although the greens were a bit slow due to the early dew. It was a perfect day for golf and there were very few flies which was unusual for Calderwood Valley being old dairy land!
The Guzzlers Cup was won by Ian Tillbrook (45) ahead of Rob Gillespie (44) and Graham Jones (41). The Pink Ball was awarded to Steve Buchanan (23). Graham Jones scored an Eagle with a slam dunk in the hole with his 3rd short when 100 metres out from the green on the Par 5 1st Hole. For this Graham scored 5 Stableford Points and won 3 golf balls.
The member's draw for the bottle of wine was won by Steve Buchanan.
